FRI. June 20th, THU. July 3, FRI. July 25th and FRI. August 15th, 2008, 8-11. FREE family dances OUTDOORS at the Lawrence Park Volleyball Courts (Held inside nearby if bad weather.) ADMISSION IS FREE! Primarily teen dances, but the whole family is welcome. A good place to let your kids experience a dance with you being present! Refreshments are sold by the Lawrence Park Historical Society. Sponsored by Lawrence Park Twonship.
SAT. 11/15/08, 9-1. CONFIRMED date for St. James Place on Buffalo Rd. "Anything Goes" dance sponsored by the St. James School Board. This will be my 7th year doing this dance. It should be a BLAST since all of the other times were exceptionally cool. Everyone really came to dance, and there was a big Chinese auction along with other giveaways. Call 897-8691 for tickets.
NOTE: "ANYTHING GOES" means songs may be played from any era...primarily dance music of the past 20 years to the current favorites with some swing through the 70's as is appropriate.
